Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Chief Future Systems Architect to spearhead the development of our proprietary 2026 Roadmap infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical artificial general intelligence (AGI) and scalable, production-ready systems.

Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement the core infrastructure required to support next-generation autonomous agents and synthetic intelligence systems.
- Neural Network Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large-scale transformer models for real-time decision making.
- System Scalability: Ensure our cloud-native architecture can handle exabyte-scale data processing with zero-latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical frameworks and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent in deep learning and distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years leading high-scale AI projects.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, and Rust.
- Future-Forward Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt infrastructure accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
