Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Document patient observations and care activities accurately
- Support infection control protocols and maintain clean environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification or equivalent nursing assistant credential
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 80+ required)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Basic CPR certification (will provide training if needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Valid passport and visa eligibility for sponsorship
