Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across North America and international markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform growth strategies
- Create and execute comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with emphasis on cross-cultural communication
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business initiatives
- Track KPIs and report on progress to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean preferred)
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
