Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in English and target language
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries for international clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and one of: Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or German
