Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to detailed blueprints and safety guidelines.
- Operate basic manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace to ensure high safety standards.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure product accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Willingness to learn and operate basic manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (we sponsor visas).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
