Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery for planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Maintain field equipment and report maintenance needs
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packing operations
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet production targets
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation planning and execution
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or US work authorization
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices and safety procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Previous farm experience preferred but not required
- English proficiency for team communication and safety training
