As we prepare for the technological singularity of 2026, your expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and scalable infrastructure will be critical in building the systems that power our enterprise ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Strategize and execute the long-term vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop Scalable Models: Design and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Predictive Analytics: Implement advanced forecasting algorithms to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Integration & Optimization: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions into legacy systems while optimizing for speed and efficiency.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies and integrating them into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Architectural Skills: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems for large-scale enterprise environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders.
- 2026 Readiness: Deep understanding of future tech trends, including LLMs, generative adversarial networks, and edge computing.
