Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance AI architectures for next-generation autonomous agents.
- Lead R&D efforts to integrate generative models into real-time enterprise solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the roadmap for 2026 technology stacks.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance in a decentralized cloud environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical strategy for the engineering division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning operations, or system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
