Responsibilities
- Design and deploy distributed AI systems with >99.99% uptime across quantum-classical hybrid infrastructures
- Develop adaptive neural networks capable of real-time self-optimization in dynamic environments
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum engineers and ML specialists in rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish ethical AI frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000-2026 standards
- Architect secure federated learning systems for multi-stakeholder data collaboration
- Pioneer neuromorphic computing implementations for energy-efficient edge AI
- Drive innovation through quarterly patent submissions and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent 10+ years of demonstrable expertise
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, QIP, Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Proficiency in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic frameworks (Loihi, Intel Lattice)
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy at petabyte-scale
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D projects with Fortune 100 partners
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed computing frameworks
