Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and intelligence.
- Lead the integration of AI into core business operations, ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization across all departments.
- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Manage a diverse team of data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts and strategic initiatives to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends in machine learning and automation to identify competitive advantages and emerging risks.
- Oversee the budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics for all AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI and Machine Learning.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions and managing large cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Experience in the FinTech, SaaS, or Enterprise Software sectors is highly desirable.
