Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI product strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Identify emerging AI trends and disruptive technologies for competitive advantage
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Present AI vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI, and reinforcement learning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM) and responsible AI governance
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
