Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams in deploying generative AI and machine learning solutions across 5 business verticals
- Drive innovation through $2M+ annual R&D budget allocation for emerging AI technologies
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving international regulations
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present quarterly AI roadmaps to C-suite and board members with quantifiable KPIs
- Mentor senior data scientists and AI engineers through structured upskilling programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven track record of scaling enterprise AI initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field; PhD preferred
- Expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and MLOps architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes across 3+ international markets
- Strong background in SaaS/PaaS business models with $50M+ ARR impact
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
