Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in federated learning and explainable AI frameworks
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for next-generation neural interfaces
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams to create brain-inspired computing systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature AI and top-tier conferences
- Drive 3-5 year technology roadmap for AI infrastructure evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years experience in AI research with 2+ publications in top-tier journals
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of translating research into production-grade systems
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth) preferred
