Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems

- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation AI decision-making systems
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants annually
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier ML/AI conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of developing production-grade AI systems at scale
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness, and explainability frameworks
- Experience with distributed computing (Ray, Spark) and quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to tackle unsolved research challenges
