Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge research in deep learning, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI systems
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time data processing and predictive modeling at petabyte scale
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) and present at global conferences
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with quantum computing and neuroscience experts
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source innovation ecosystem
- Secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, generative adversarial networks, and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Dask)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and GPU/TPU optimization
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and productionizing ML models at scale
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants and industry partnerships
