Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the AI roadmap for the 2026 Horizon, aligning technical research with business objectives.
- Research & Development: Pioneering novel algorithms in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate research findings into scalable products.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and safe for global deployment.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Author technical papers and present at top-tier conferences to establish our brand as a 2026 industry leader.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI research or a similar technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to long-term product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
