Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum-ML algorithms for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical neural networks

- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 Horizon Project initiatives
- Pioneer human-AI symbiosis protocols for enterprise applications
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years of research experience in top-tier AI labs (OpenAI, DeepMind, FAIR)
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Mastery of distributed neural architectures and federated learning
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at enterprise scale
