Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead research in generative AI, quantum machine learning, or neuromorphic computing
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research into production systems
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and propose breakthrough research directions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience with peer-reviewed publications in top-tier conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in at least one specialized area: quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, or generative models
- Proven ability to translate theoretical research into practical applications
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and mathematical fluency
