Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable multi-agent architectures capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Develop robust guardrails and safety protocols for AI agents to ensure alignment with human values.
- Optimize prompt chains and vector database retrieval strategies for high-velocity inference.
- Build internal tools and frameworks to manage the lifecycle of AI agents.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune models for specific orchestration tasks.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of autonomous system behaviors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or similar.
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
