Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines for real-time decision systems
- Research and prototype next-gen AI architectures (quantum-enhanced neural networks)
- Optimize models for edge deployment across IoT and autonomous systems
- Lead ethical AI framework development ensuring bias mitigation and transparency
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI/ML best practices and implementation
- Drive innovation through quarterly tech sprints with 30% dedicated R&D time
- Contribute to patent filings for novel AI methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed ML frameworks
- Proven track record deploying models at scale (100M+ user systems)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative AI
- Strong background in statistical modeling and algorithm optimization
