Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead architectural strategy for our 2026 product suite, integrating LLMs and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and deployment.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior data scientists and software engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive product innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
