Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Neural Architectures: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant deep learning models capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Pioneer Emerging Tech: Lead research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Autonomous Agents.
- Optimize Performance: Drive model optimization and quantization strategies to ensure high inference speeds on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentorship & Strategy: Guide a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, establishing technical standards and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement robust bias detection and fairness protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate complex AI models into seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in a production environment.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Specialized Knowledge: Expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into strategic business value.
