Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap for the organization, specifically targeting 2026 technological milestones.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing next-generation machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into business value and competitive advantage.
- Oversee the integration of AI ethics, compliance, and safety protocols into all development lifecycles.
- Identify emerging trends in the AI ecosystem (e.g., Transformers, Edge AI) and recommend strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, strategy, or engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI initiatives from concept to production deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
