Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ AI strategy integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, and AGI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing autonomous ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI
- Identify and prioritize disruptive AI opportunities across healthcare, climate modeling, and manufacturing sectors
- Establish KPIs for AI maturity benchmarks and exponential growth metrics
- Partner with C-suite to align AI initiatives with ESG goals and UN sustainable development targets
- Manage $50M innovation fund for experimental AI projects with 5-year horizon planning
- Represent company at Davos-level forums shaping global AI policy and standards
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) with 50+ citations
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and adversarial system defense
- Certified in ISO/IEC 42001 AI management systems and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Experience with regulatory landscapes in EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, and global AI treaties
