Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future scenarios with stakeholders
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration across business units while anticipating regulatory and ethical implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Advise leadership on disruptive technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateX as a future-focused industry leader
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, AI, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic scenarios and roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future visions
- Strong data analysis and systems thinking capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) strongly preferred
