Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for AI integration, identifying key trends and opportunities for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Agentic AI, Quantum Computing) and determine their applicability to our product suite.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry shifts and competitor activities to ensure Nexus Horizon maintains a competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to drive the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Pilot Programs: Design and oversee pilot projects that test new AI capabilities before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or AI engineering, with a proven track record of leading high-impact projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current AI trends, machine learning principles, and data science methodologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and define clear, measurable goals for technology adoption.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivoting strategies based on new data.
