Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, prioritizing AI integration, Generative AI, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that handle millions of data points with zero latency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying successful AI/ML models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
