Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable AI architectures capable of handling the computational demands of 2026 and beyond, including predictive modeling and real-time neural processing.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum-ready infrastructure into legacy and new workflows, ensuring data security and computational efficiency.
- AI Ethics & Safety: Establish rigorous guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous agents to ensure alignment with human values and regulatory compliance.
- System Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to optimize data pipelines, reduce latency, and improve the accuracy of machine learning models.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate abstract future trends into concrete technical roadmaps and product specifications for the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to drive the end-to-end development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- AGI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and the path toward Artificial General Intelligence.
- Quantum Proficiency: Familiarity with quantum computing principles, quantum cryptography, or post-quantum cryptography is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field is strongly preferred.
