Qualifications

- Proven track record implementing AI ethics programs in tech environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with AI bias detection, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Published research or industry recognition in AI ethics
