Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Computer Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Published research in algorithmic fairness or machine learning ethics
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Expertise in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
