Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead bias mitigation initiatives across machine learning pipelines and generative AI systems
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for emerging AI applications before deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate privacy-preserving techniques by default
- Establish transparent documentation standards for AI decision-making processes
- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI development workflows
- Monitor global AI policy shifts and translate compliance requirements into actionable guidelines
- Educate stakeholders on ethical AI principles and responsible deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for large language models and ML systems
- Proven experience developing AI ethics policies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Published research in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with ethics-by-design methodologies in agile development environments
