Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology roadmap
- Conduct predictive ethical risk assessments for emerging AI applications (neurotech, quantum computing, autonomous systems)
- Lead cross-functional working groups with engineering, legal, and social science teams
- Author industry thought leadership on AI ethics and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international forums (UN, OECD, WEF)
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI systems
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for community impact assessments
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., AI & Society, Philosophy & Technology)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools for ethical risk quantification
- Experience advising governmental bodies on AI policy (CSET, OSTP, or equivalent)
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English with cross-cultural sensitivity
