Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Deep expertise in AI fairness, transparency, and accountability frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier ethics/AI journals
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for technical/non-technical audiences
- Experience with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world AI ethics implementation
