- Pioneer industry standards for human oversight in generative AI systems
- Advise C-suite on ethical AI adoption and compliance roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible tech leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Experience with cross-functional AI development lifecycles
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and policy advocacy
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI preferred
