Responsibilities

- Create compliance protocols for evolving international AI regulatory landscapes
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
- Author whitepapers on responsible AI adoption for industry standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible tech, or policy development
- Deep understanding of ML bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, policymakers, designers)
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating long-term societal impacts of AI systems
