Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI development pipelines
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder communications and public discourse
- Lead cross-functional working groups on emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
- Contribute to industry whitepapers and regulatory consultations on AI governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 5+ years' AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models and computer vision systems
- Proven track record influencing AI policy development at multinational organizations
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 and IEEE 7000 standards for AI management
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating ethical implications of complex AI deployments
- Experience in cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global regulatory landscapes
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into actionable ethical guidelines
