Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop ethical impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to embed ethics in next-gen AI architectures
- Shape industry-wide AI ethics standards through thought leadership and whitepapers

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience

- Proven track record in auditing complex ML systems for ethical compliance
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
