Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product initiatives
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for ML models and generative AI systems
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate fairness metrics into AI training pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI ethics with regulators, industry consortia, and advocacy groups
- Create transparency mechanisms for explainable AI (XAI) deployments
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and update policies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems and generative AI
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with XAI tools (SHAP, LIME, counterfactual explanations)
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
