Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Published research on AI ethics or algorithmic accountability frameworks
- Experience with regulatory compliance for AI technologies in regulated industries
- Strong proficiency in Python and statistical analysis for bias detection
- Track record of influencing AI product design with ethical principles
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google AI Principles)
