Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards and societal expectations
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems, identifying bias, fairness, and transparency issues
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical guidelines into AI development pipelines
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics, including industry forums and policy discussions
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update organizational policies proactively
- Create educational materials to foster ethical AI awareness across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Deep understanding of AI/ML systems and their societal implications
- Proven track record in developing organizational ethics frameworks
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for AI models
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
