Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for advanced AI systems deployed in critical sectors
- Conduct interdisciplinary research on algorithmic bias, transparency, and accountability in ML models
- Develop predictive risk assessment models for emerging AI applications (2026-2030 horizon)
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for global AI governance bodies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation strategies
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work on algorithmic fairness, explainable AI, or AI safety protocols
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Experience with cross-stakeholder governance in tech or policy environments
- Deep understanding of 2026's emerging AI trends (quantum computing integration, neuromorphic systems)
- Strong background in ethics methodologies (value-sensitive design, participatory design)
