Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Published research in AI ethics, algorithmic fairness, or responsible AI
- Expertise in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data analysis
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for ethical tech
- Strong background in bias mitigation techniques for generative models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
