Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment standards
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop industry standards for explainable AI (XAI) and transparent decision systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into production AI
- Conduct research on emerging AI risks and societal impact scenarios
- Present findings at global AI ethics summits and publish in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI research with demonstrated ethical implementation experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and algorithmic accountability
- Published work in AI ethics, machine learning fairness, or responsible AI
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and statistical analysis tools
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (engineers, policymakers, ethicists)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
