Responsibilities
- Design and lead cross-functional ethics research frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Author policy white papers and regulatory recommendations for governmental bodies
- Establish KPIs for algorithmic fairness and bias mitigation across 2026 Initiative projects
- Present findings at global summits including OECD AI Policy Forums and World Economic Davos
- Mentor ethics researchers through our proprietary 'Responsible Tech' fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or ACM) on algorithmic accountability
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in developing bias detection tools for large language models
- Experience working with international regulatory bodies (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong programming proficiency in Python/R for ethics simulation modeling
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
