Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead interdisciplinary research teams in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Develop audit protocols for AI decision transparency and accountability
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI lifecycle
- Author white papers and industry standards for responsible AI deployment
- Represent FutureVision at global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or Philosophy with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics research with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical algorithm simulation
- Track record of influencing industry standards or policy
- Strong background in applied philosophy or moral reasoning
