Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical principles into development lifecycles
- Produce peer-reviewed research on AI accountability and transparency
- Develop training programs for engineers on responsible AI practices
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics or responsible tech development
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
- Expertise in bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
