Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI research experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or machine ethics in top-tier journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and compliance methodologies
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
