- Conduct scenario planning for AI deployment in high-stakes environments
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI research with 3+ years focused on ethics/governance
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals/conferences
- Expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with adversarial testing and fairness metrics
- Strong background in policy development or regulatory affairs
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
