Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics research or governance roles
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
- Proficiency in Python for ethics tool development
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for policymakers
