Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in international AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in ML systems
- Experience testifying before congressional or regulatory bodies
- Strong background in technical ethics with applied ML knowledge
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, CIPM)
- Published research in AI ethics or policy journals
